A few notes before you reserve:
Each pie is made for you, by me. There is no backup inventory or rows of extras sitting on a shelf. Once a reservation is placed, ingredients are prepped, dough is rolled, and time is set aside. Because of this, all orders are final.
Pies must be collected on your chosen date during the collection window. Once the day ends, so does your place at the table. Anything left behind won’t be reissued or refunded.
Thank you for understanding that every pie is made with intention, and with time, the most precious ingredient.
